Ian Markow is professional trainer in New York City specializing in mobility and functional range conditioning (FRC). While under the mentorship of Doctor of Physical Therapy Fabian Garcia Ian developed his unique training methods and formulas from KinStretch to CAR's and independence vs full body integrations.
