As the son of a diplomat, he grew up traveling overseas in over 5 countries. This makes him a third country kid (TCK), also known as somebody who’s spent their childhood (0-18) outside of their parents' culture.
Feeling like a fish out of water everywhere he went, he's learned how to turn that sensation into a strength. He knows how to understand people who come from different backgrounds.
His show, the “As Told By Nomads” podcast does just that. He interviews global nomads, TCKs and entrepreneurs from a diverse amount of cultures. By sharing their stories, he explores the concept of identity, who you are and how to become a global leader.
Tayo is the MAN! And an outlier of a whole different caliber who we welcomed on the show.
So sit down and buckle up everybody!
In this week’s episode we talk about:
Tayo’s story - where he came from and what being the only minority feels like.
How do businesses deal with gen Zers and millennials in the workforce.
The concept of identity, who you are and how it relates to your social identity.
The dangers on perpetuating news through false advertising.
The problem present in binary political systems - What we would need to work together despite clashing values.
Enjoy the ride!

If you want to live the experience with us, follow on YouTube for videos of the experiences with our guests, vlogs from the bus, and other content.
